If you are a company employee, the following documents are required:

  • Copy of a valid identity document : identity card (recto/verso, passport), and of your spouse (if married)
  • Copy of your foreigner’s residence permit (C, B, G, L or legitimation card)
  • Copy of your three latest salary slips (and of your spouse)

If you are on a company’s temporary payroll, the following documents are required:

  • Copy of a valid identity document : identity card (recto/verso, passport), and of your spouse (if married)
  • Copy of your foreigner’s residence permit (C,B,L or legitimation card)
  • Copy of your six latest salary slips (and of pour spouse)

If you are self-employed, the following documents are required:

  • Copy of a valid identity document : identity card (recto/verso, passport), and of your spouse (if married)
  • Copy of your foreigner’s residence permit (C,B,L or legitimation card)
  • Copy of your latest income tax declaration form

If you are a retired pensioner, the following documents are required:

  • Copy of a valid identity document : identity card (recto/verso, passport), and of your spouse (if married)
  • Copy of your foreigner’s residence permit (C,B,L or legitimation card)
  • Copy of your pension certificate and a copy of your bank statement for the last three months
