Work in Switzerland and live in France? Our advisors help you choose the coverage that fits your cross-border status.
Between Swiss and French rules, the right guidance is essential for your health protection and pension planning.
We compare LAMal and complementary options, optimize your pension plan, and guide you through tax and administrative steps.
LAMal or CMU?
Health insurance is mandatory, but never automatic.
From the start of your work in Switzerland, you are no longer covered by the French Social Security system: it is up to you to take action.
A cross-border worker has a right of option: choose between the French CMU or Swiss LAMal insurance. This choice is irrevocable (except for a change of status) and must be made after a careful analysis of costs and consequences.
Important deadline: 3 months after hiring. Without a decision within this period, affiliation to LAMal is automatic and final.
Complementary coverage and pension
Beyond basic insurance, we select relevant complementary coverage and adapt your pension plan to cross-border realities.
Personalized assessment
We review your status, place of residence, and needs to define the most consistent coverage.

You receive a clear comparison of options, and we handle the setup and administrative steps.
