AVIATION INSURANCE – THIRD PARTY CIVIL LIABILITY

Third party civil liability insurance. All civil claims in keeping with the legal requirements in respect of civil responsibility are insured in the event of:

• Injury to or death of third party outside the aircraft
• Deterioration or destruction of third party objects outside the aircraft by the insured aircraft

COMPREHENSIVE COVER

Damage caused by the following is insured: fire, natural events (landslips, stone falls, high waters, flooding, storms with winds of over 40 knots, hail, avalanches, pressure of heavy snow), theft, glass breakages, falls of snow masses and accidents, such as damage caused by martens and other small animals..

LIMITED IMMOBILISATION COMPREHENSIVE COVER

The same events are insured as those covered by fully comprehensive insurance, but only on the ground and not associated with a flight, including fixed point tests (allowing the engine to turn over for technical reasons without the intention to fly).

ACCIDENTS TO OCCUPANTS

• Following a forced landing
